CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy • 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your appointment. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOWS -will not be able to book with me again.
